Mahindra Nelspruit recently hosted a thrilling 4×4 team-building day for seven industrial specialists from a Nelspruit-based manufacturing company.
The group gathered at the beautiful Klipspringer Lodge for an exciting day away from the office.
Training and Briefing for a Successful Day
The day began early with a basic training and briefing session, setting the stage for an adventure-packed outing. After getting familiar with the safety guidelines and 4×4 techniques, the team was eager to hit the track. Three Mahindra vehicles, including the Mahindra Scorpio-N and the special edition Mahindra Karoo DC ‘Dusk’, were prepped and ready for the exciting challenges ahead.
Conquering the 4×4 Track with Expert Guidance
The group headed to the 4×4 track, where Deryck Brown, a seasoned instructor from Lowveld 4×4 Club, guided the drivers through a variety of obstacles. The team navigated tough terrains, learning the limits of the vehicles and their own driving skills, all while having fun and building team spirit.
Blindfold Navigation and Dirt-Pan Skidding: Pure Fun
The afternoon session offered a unique challenge—blindfold navigation driving and skidding around the dirt-pan. Laughter filled the air as drivers took on this test of trust and teamwork, expertly guided by their teammates. Excitement and competitive spirit filled the atmosphere as everyone actively participated in this thrilling activity.
The Mahindra Scorpio-N and Mahindra Karoo DC ‘Dusk’ vehicles truly impressed everyone with their performance, making the adventure unforgettable.
