Mahindra Nelspruit officially launched the brand-new Mahindra XUV 3XO, anticipated to be a market disrupter in the compact SUV segment, on 2 October 2024.
The event was a grand success, attended by Mahindra South Africa representatives, popular media outlets like Rise FM, Lowvelder, Bushbuckridge Radio, My Lowveld.net, Radio Laeveld and special guest Miss Teen South Africa finalist, Chriské Schwirzer, who helped unveil the vehicle and most importantly some valued customers of Mahindra Nelspruit.
South Africa is the first country, outside of India, to welcome the Mahindra 3XO.

Standout Design and Features
The Mahindra XUV 3XO brings a bold, stylish design with 17-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels and captivating LED tail lamps. For those who love a view, it offers the largest panoramic sunroof in its class, called the “Panoramic Skyroof.”
Inside, the SUV is loaded with luxury, featuring soft-touch leatherette on the dashboard and seats, and two floating 10.25-inch high-resolution screens that handle both the driving display and infotainment system.
Advanced Technology
This SUV comes packed with high-tech features. It offers a Harman Kardon Premium audio system with 7 speakers and a nine-channel equalizer for superior sound. Plus, it is equipped with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and even a 65W USB-C charging port that can charge a laptop. The vehicle also has a tyre position display feature for extra convenience.
World-Class Safety
The XUV 3XO is designed with safety in mind. It comes with six airbags, all-wheel disc brakes, and a range of advanced safety systems including Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). These include features like automatic emergency braking, lane departure warning, and adaptive cruise control. The 360-degree surround view system and blind view monitoring add extra layers of protection.
Spirited Performance
Powered by a 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine delivering 82kW of power and 200Nm of torque, the XUV 3XO promises quick acceleration and smart driving modes. The Zip, Zap, and Zoom modes ensure better fuel efficiency and performance for different driving styles.
